What it costs
There is no registration fee to join CHACS
We need to charge an exchange fee for administration, but this is only applicable if, and when, a house swap is confirmed. Until then—no charge!
Administration Fees (same for UK and outside the UK) :-
The first house swap of the year -£60 : For subsequent house-swaps in the same year:- £40
House-sitters will be charged the same admin fee of £60.
There is no fee if you offer your home to be 'house-sat'.
10% of all fees are credited to the charity 'STOW'
So, £60 for a one, two or three week holiday—has to be good value!
Longer house-swaps can sometimes be arranged.
